Mandarin Gallery parking consists of a basement carpark (1.7m height limit) and a multi-storey carpark (1.9m height limit), with entrances on Grange Road and Orchard Link respectively. Parking rates are $3.80 for the first hour and $2.50 per 30 mins after ($3.80/$2.50) from 6am-6pm daily, with a $7.00 per entry rate from 6pm-6am.

The nearest MRT station to Mandarin Gallery is Somerset MRT Station (NS23), located approximately a 5-6 minute walk (or about 230m–350m) from Exit B. Alternatively, Orchard MRT Station (NS22/TE14) is about a 10-minute walk away.
